CRIMINAL LAW
Since being admitted Wayne Condon has practiced extensively in Criminal Law matters, which includes drug/alcohol driving, and other driving offences. Wayne is well known around the Court systems, having appeared in most Local Courts in the Sydney Metropolitan area, and many Courts in rural NSW. Wayne is a trial advocate, possessing invaluable experience in District Court trials, and has also appeared and represented clients in both the Supreme Court and the NSW Criminal Court of Appeal.
When being charged with a criminal offence, Wayne's preliminary advice to everybody is to always be polite and courteous to the NSW Police, BUT ONLY ANSWER THREE QUESTIONS:
your name, your address and your Date of Birth.
Never ever enter into any further discussion or answer any further questions. Your standard response after answering your name, address and date of birth should be: "On advice of my solicitor, I will not be answering any further questions."
The police will allow you a phone call, Wayne's number is 0439 302 203 for emergency after hours service, that is 5pm-9am and weekends. During office hours our number is 9553 0308. Remember make no statement, answer no questions beyond the three we have mentioned.
Wayne is a Legal Aid Panel Member for Criminal Law, the Children's Court, the District Court, and Supreme Court Bails.
FAMILY LAW
When family and de-facto relationships break down you need highly

Wayne's Family Law experience is enhanced by the fact that he previously held the position of Operations Director of DoCS, and has attained qualifications as an Independent Children's Lawyer, Family Dispute Resolution practitioner, and is also a nationally accredited Mediator.
Wayne is very conscious of the emotional turmoil that a family goes through at this time, particularly and most importantly the children, and whilst Wayne would prefer to mediate a solution, should court action be required, Wayne will not take a backwards step in achieving what is in the best interests of the children.
Wayne is a Legal Aid Panel Member for Family Law.

Selling
– So you've made the decision to sell, what you now need to do is arrange for a contract for sale to be prepared, and sent to the agent of your choice. Once the agent has the completed contract, the agent then will be allowed to advertise your property on the market for sale/auction.
Condon Legal has assisted many vendors (sellers) in preparing the contract, leading all the way through to the completion of the matter at settlement, and the pleasure of handing over the cheque to our happy customers.

WILLS AND PROBATE
Wayne Condon has many years of experience in Wills and Probate matters, ranging from obtaining grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, to representing beneficiaries and executors in Will Disputes.
As a nationally accredited Mediator, Wayne is thoroughly equipped to assist all parties to achieve a satisfactory, mediated solution if a dispute arises.
Whilst Wayne always strives to mediate a solution suitable to all parties in disputed actions, should the need arise, he will not hesitate to take on any court proceedings that are both equitable and justified.
IMMIGRATION LAW
Wayne Condon has been a registered Migration Agent since 2009. The law requiring lawyers to be registered Migration Agents has changed, and lawyers will no longer need to be registered Migration Agents to practice Immigration Law. Therefore when choosing an Immigration lawyer, you need to choose carefully, and particularly choose somebody that has had many years experience in a variety of different Visa application matters.
Condon Legal has a very strong network of barristers who specialise in Immigration Law and can assist with detailed advice on tricky matters, as well as a large base of other professional service providers (for example: business plan developers, investment planners, accountants) who we may be required to obtain reports from, to strengthen your application for immigration to Australia.
There may be cheaper providers than Condon Legal for Immigration work, but Condon Legal always prioritises the thorough detail your application requires and deserves to be submitted to the Department for your best chance of success.
COMMERCIAL LAW
Since Wayne Condon entered private practice in 2007, Condon Legal has appeared in a variety of Commercial Law matters in the Local, District and Supreme Courts.
Condon Legal's knowledge and experience covers a diverse range of matters within Commercial Law, but we are not frightened to say we don't know if we're not 100% certain.
