CRIMINAL LAW
Since being admitted Wayne Condon has practiced extensively in Criminal Law matters, which includes drug/alcohol driving, and other driving offences. Wayne is well known around the Court systems, having appeared in most Local Courts in the Sydney Metropolitan area, and many Courts in rural NSW. Wayne is a trial advocate, possessing invaluable experience in District Court trials, and has also appeared and represented clients in both the Supreme Court and the NSW Criminal Court of Appeal.
When being charged with a criminal offence, Wayne's preliminary advice to everybody is to always be polite and courteous to the NSW Police, BUT ONLY ANSWER THREE QUESTIONS:
your name, your address and your Date of Birth.
Never ever enter into any further discussion or answer any further questions. Your standard response after answering your name, address and date of birth should be: "On advice of my solicitor, I will not be answering any further questions."
